- Once a package is scanned by the postal carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit. If shipping issues occur, please reach out to your carrier.

- Due to the handmade/custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
- Exchanges for store credit may be available within 14 days of delivery (see Return Policy for details).
- Cancelations can only be requested within 24 hours of purchase, before your order is made.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, stretching, or exposure to chemicals.
